Escala (Scale) completes the
project Infiltration by Sofia Dias and Vítor Roriz, in the Teatro do
Bairro Alto. The performance
aims to address the idea of a collective/social body, that has rarely been
covered in the previous work of Sofia Dias and Vítor Roriz, which has been
mainly based on duets. This change in perspective makes it possible to
consolidate logics of composition, take decisions that move beyond the internal
processes of the artist-performer and expand to other bodies that which they
reluctantly call a vocabulary.
