We are living in an “in-between” period. We have not yet surpassed the body in crisis – also related to the pandemic, nature, lack of empathy and understanding of differences and profound inequalities. But it is time to start thinking about the future as a place for meeting, building and reconciliation. For this purpose, perhaps we can think about the disfigurement of the present day as an “in-between” moment, of celebration of transformation. The artists in this edition of GUIdance will also speak to us about the “trans” era, that has very rich and diverse meanings.
