Second-year students from the BA in Visual Arts lead guided tours of Undisciplined Journeys. A moment of discovery and sharing focused on the interventions and occupations at CIAJG, CAAA, and Garagem Avenida. These guided visits open a dialogue with the exhibited artworks, the artists involved, and the curators’ narratives. They reveal the creative process, the doubts, artistic questions, and lessons learned throughout the project, offering a shared opportunity to reflect on the production of contemporary art and its future.
Undisciplined Journeys presents artistic proposals by students of the BA in Visual Arts (EAAD/UM), hosted across three cultural spaces in Guimarães: CIAJG (Centro Internacional das Artes José de Guimarães), CAAA (Centro para os Assuntos da Arte e Arquitetura), and Garagem Avenida. The students share their ideas and work in these venues, and the public is invited to engage with this “new” creative output.
