In this movement and illustration workshop, which takes as its starting point the performance and the book “Roda-Viva, the Girl and the Circle,” we will travel around lines, threads, marks, strokes, rolls, and phrases. What is a line for? Where are lines? Does our body have lines?

In this workshop, we will ask many questions, think about some answers, and experiment with both the body and drawing. Using a variety of games and challenges, participants will explore different forms of expression through body and movement, as well as diverse materials: wool, thread, pencils, masking tape, soft pastels, and charcoal.
